I think the overall problem is that we are in a new creative space by which we don't have language for yet.
There is no 'artist' in this post-humanist AI age, it is a mashup or plurality of processes - human imagination > synthesis > composability
generative technology is changing the game to something we have not processed yet as a culture. IP or copyright makes no sense in this new age - I actually think all AI art should fall under CC0 - public domain.
